Roman brings vast financial and business management experience, and has served as a financial executive in various companies and market segments, both local and international. He specializes in CFO services, financial forecasting, investment rounds, compensation plans, and employee stock option management. He combines his broad financial expertise with strategic business understanding and legal abilities.

Roman has an MBA from Tel Aviv University, is a certified CPA, and has worked for global companies including KPMG and Gett. He founded Nations in 2019.

Isaac Blanga

Isaac Blanga works with customers in all sectors of the economy, both in Israel and abroad. Isaac has extensive experience in international taxation, conducting corporate valuations, finding financing solutions for large projects in the construction industry, and consulting on mergers and acquisitions. In Israel, Isaac oversees financial services for the Ministry of Culture, serves as CPA of many large organizations, and has acted for many years as tax advisor of the Jerusalem Municipality. Isaac graduated from Tel Aviv University in 1989, became a certified CPA in 1991, and established the firm together with his partner Moshe Romano in 2006.

Moshe (Shaka) Romano

Moshe (Shaka) Romano works across all sectors of the economy in Israel and abroad, specializing in the oil and gas, transport and high-tech industries. He is also the owner and director of a real estate company in the United States . Shaka graduated from the College of Management in 1991, became a certified CPA in 1995, and founded the Romano Blango Accounting firm together with Isaac Blanga in 2006.
